Hikari means light in Japanese. You know, she's a prima dolly saffy. & saffy-s are all about in the suuuun~ So that explains the 'Hikari'
Uruwashii means beautiful in Japanese. :D
Rose was inserted as well, because, everyone knows, Versailles called themselves the 'Decendents of the roses' right? So, since my beloved JasmineYou passed away, i added the rose in the name. (:
