Anw, exercised just now. My calfs are like, NUMB. -.- Nvm. & girls, if you have those aches on your feet after a whole long day of walking, before you sleep, past salonpas on them. LOL. Worked for me. & today my feet like totally not hurting, can wear heels again alr. :P
